Terms of Service
What you agree to when you use InvestViews, who you are buying from, and what we do and do not promise in return.
Who we are
InvestViews is a trading name of Viktor Nazarenko, sole trader (autónomo), Spain.
You can reach us at [email protected]. We answer in English.
These terms are between you and that person. There is no company; the seller is a sole trader.
What the service is
InvestViews is a web application for real estate market analytics. We collect public property listings and turn them into statistics: asking prices, prices per square metre, rents and supply, by area and over time.
We publish market statistics. We do not give financial or investment advice, we do not recommend properties, and we are not a broker or an estate agent. See “Not advice” below.
Your account
Some features need an account. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
You may close your account at any time. Write to us and we will delete it.
Plans, payment and renewal
- There is a free plan. It needs no card.
- There is a paid subscription. The price and what it includes are shown on our pricing page before you buy.
- A paid subscription renews by itself at the end of each billing period, at the same price, until you cancel.
- If we change the price, we tell you before the next renewal. You can cancel instead of paying the new price.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.
This means Paddle charges you, issues your invoice, and handles the tax on the sale. We never see or store your card details.
Cancelling
You can cancel a paid subscription at any time, from your account page or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
After you cancel you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Then the account returns to the free plan.
Refunds are a separate promise, and a more generous one: see our Refund Policy for the 14-day window that applies to every payment.
Acceptable use
- Do not resell, sublicense or redistribute our data or reports.
- Do not extract our data in bulk by automated means outside the API, and do not try to rebuild our dataset.
- Use the API within the limits of your plan, and do not share your API token.
- Do not use the service unlawfully, or in a way that degrades it for other people.
If you break these rules we may suspend or close your account. Where that happens through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the period.
Our data and yours
The statistics, reports, software and design are ours, and are protected by copyright. Your subscription is permission to use them, not a transfer of ownership.
The underlying listings come from public sources and belong to whoever published them. We describe how we collect and process them on our methodology page.
Not advice
Everything we publish is for information only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a valuation of any property.
Property markets move, and our figures are estimates from listing data, not from completed sales. Do not treat a number on this site as a price you will achieve. Take your own advice before you buy or sell anything.
What we do and do not promise
We work to keep the service available and the data accurate, but we do not promise either without interruption or without error. Coverage differs between markets and we say so on the site.
We are not liable for decisions you take on the basis of our figures, or for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.
Law, disputes and changes
These terms are governed by the law of Spain, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not take away rights you have under the law of the country you live in.
We may change these terms. If a change matters to you as a paying customer, we will tell you before it takes effect and before your next renewal.
