Refund Policy

A full refund within 14 days of any payment, including renewals. Cancel whenever you like and keep access to the end of the period.

  1. A full refund within 14 days of any payment

    If you are not happy with InvestViews, ask us within 14 days of a payment and we will refund that payment in full.

    This applies to your first payment and to every renewal after it. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not lose the right by having used the service during those days.

  2. How to ask

    • Write to [email protected] from the address on your account, or
    • use the link on the receipt Paddle emailed you for that payment.

    Tell us which payment you mean if you have made more than one. We reply within two working days and start the refund at the same time.

  3. How the money comes back

    Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

    Because Paddle took the payment, Paddle pays it back, to the card or account you paid with. We cannot send it anywhere else. Once it is started, how long it takes to appear is up to your bank — usually a few working days, sometimes up to ten.

    When a payment is refunded, the account returns to the free plan and any API tokens on it stop working.

  4. After 14 days

    Once 14 days have passed we do not refund that payment. You can still cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Nothing further is charged after that.

    Cancelling does not refund the current period. If you want the current period refunded, ask inside the window above.

  5. The free plan

    The free plan costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. You can stop using it or ask us to delete the account whenever you like.

  6. If something goes wrong at our end

    If the service is unavailable for a long stretch, or we close your account through no fault of yours, we refund the unused part of the period even if the window above has passed. Write to us and say what happened.
